These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and cozy-fern concerning your access to and use of the cozy-fern.com website and our pet care services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Services Description
cozy-fern provides professional pet care services including but not limited to:
- Dog and cat grooming
- Pet boarding and accommodation
- Dog walking services
- In-home pet sitting
- Nail trimming and basic hygiene care
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice to affected clients.
Booking and Cancellation
Booking Confirmation
Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee service availability. All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team via email or telephone.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of grooming and walking appointments. For boarding reservations, we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and may result in charges and affect future booking privileges.
Pet Owner Responsibilities
As a pet owner using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioural issues, and special requirements
- Ensure your pet has current vaccinations as required for the service (C5 for dogs, F3 for cats)
- Inform us of any changes to your pet's health or behaviour since your last visit
- Provide emergency contact information and authorisation for veterinary care if needed
- Collect your pet at the agreed time or notify us of any delays
Health and Safety
For the safety of all animals in our care:
- Pets showing signs of contagious illness may be refused service
- Aggressive animals may require additional handling fees or may be refused service
- We reserve the right to seek veterinary attention for any animal showing signs of distress or illness at the owner's expense
- Flea or parasite treatment may be administered if infestation is discovered, with costs charged to the owner
Liability Limitations
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care, you acknowledge that:
- Some grooming procedures may carry inherent risks, particularly for elderly, ill, or anxious animals
- Minor injuries may occasionally occur during normal handling despite best practices
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues not disclosed by the owner
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for incidents arising from our negligence.
Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of cozy-fern and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
