Quick answers to common enquiries
Dogs require up-to-date C5 vaccination for boarding and group walks. Cats need F3 vaccination. Please bring vaccination records to your first appointment.
Absolutely. We encourage bringing your pet's regular food to avoid dietary upset. We can accommodate all dietary requirements and feeding schedules.
For grooming, 1-2 weeks notice is usually sufficient. Boarding during school holidays and summer should be booked 3-4 weeks ahead.
Yes, we welcome all breeds and sizes. Some restricted breeds may require a behaviour assessment before boarding. Contact us to discuss.
